In the creation of EN 15838 12 national commitees (official name: Mirror Committees) participated: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Italy, UK, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, and Ireland.
Mr. Piero Civita (UNI, the Italian standards body) served as the chairman.
